Abstract
Auguste Jal, author of “Archéologie Navale” has long been considered a pre-eminent authority on nautical archeology, but following the precedent established in an earlier article by A.B. Wood, Professor Anderson ventures to correct some mistakes in Mémoire No. 7: “Sur les Vaisseaux ronds de Saint Louis”.
