On Wednesday 21 October all Society for Nautical Research members are invited to the Annual Wreath Laying Service In Nelson’s Crypt, St Paul’s Cathedral.

This takes place at 11.00am, so arrive at 10.30am.

First Sea Lord’s Representative lays a wreath on behalf of the Royal Navy.  Other wreaths are laid by a cadet on behalf of the Marine Society and Sea Cadets,  as well as one by the Chairman of the 1805 Club and one on behalf of the Society for Nautical Research.

For those who wish to attend, please inform Dr Peter Nash peter.v.nash@gmail.com   He collects the charge of £5 for tea/coffee and  biscuits served after the short service.  Entrance to the Crypt is through the left hand side entrance.  Event completes at 11.30.
