Not sure why you cannot find it, but I can confirm that it has been digitized, as indeed have all the back copies of MM. It is not an article, but a short note, with little more than a page of text, plus a simple sketch, and a photo showing the wreck site. Not much in it as it only covers preliminary work on the site.

If you do have problems finding what you want, just find an article that does come up (however relevant or irrelevant) & scroll to the section under the abstract & you will find this:
“Can’t find what you are looking for? Please try a keyword search above, or try a full text search on the publishers website.”.

Click on the blue text at the end & this will take you to Taylor & Francis website, where if all else fails you can scroll to the relevant journal issue & go through it all.
