My son, who works in IT, has looked into this for me. The disc does not run in compatibility mode and he believes the software is unable to be run on newer 64bit computer processors. He has also tried to trace both the publishers and the authors, but to no avail. As for copyright, he believes that it would come under “fair use” as long as the material, and software, contained is being used for study purposes, and not to distribute for profit as it is currently out of distribution and the authors cannot be traced.
