Thanks! I am trying to confirm the information and for now everything seems to be a perfect match based on the various biographies of Nelson and the correspondence between Nelson and his wife Frances Woolward cited in the biography by John Sugden.
There is interesting background information around this period related to the description of this portrait of Nelson by John Francis Rigaud.

Another interesting information is that Frances Woolward, Captain Nisbet’s mother herself was a watercolor artist.
Captain Josiah Nisbet is also depicted in this famous painting of Nelson wounded at Tenerife in 1797
