    Royal Navy submarines in the Med, would have been the 1st submarine flotilla based at Malta.
    During 1934/until early 1935 – ROVER, REGENT and REGULUS with OXLEY, OTWAY and OBERON
    They were replaced by SEALION, SHARK and SALMON from March 1935
    THAMES had joined in 1934 and SEVERN and CLYDE from July 1935

    I have no details of activities – but I would imagine that the various Reports of Proceedings / Logs etc now in the National Archives would provide that info
