    Hello there, I picked up this rather splendid late 18th / early 19th Century ring with a portrait miniature inside – from the uniform it appears to be British Navy? The initials inscribed to the back read ‘WFM’ I believe. Does anyone have any information or advice for further research? Many thanks for any help you can give…
