Photo of large-scale blueprints?

    Hello,

    To illustrate a point in a piece I’m writing, I recall seeing a WWII-era photo of a battleship or carrier blueprint spread out on the floor of a large room or on a huge table, with ship designers looking over it. Any suggestions of where to find such a photo? I cannot recall where I saw it, it doesn’t seem to be in any of my books, and Getty and Google search have not turned up anything similar.

    It does not have to be the same photo, of course. The point is to show how large-scale ship design was done before the age of computers.

    Search for moulding lofts. I found this image here, https://www.theloftsman.com/lofting-design, which credits the Imperial War Museum.
